What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org Monday thru Friday 10:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. However, due to timeframe considerations, we cannot guarantee that the change will take effect.
I’ve forgotten my password – what should I do?
To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the My Account tab.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Please note: credit cards issued by local banks that do not carry one of the above logos will not be accepted by our global processing service.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to track your package.
If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
Can I purchase bikini tops & bottoms separately?
No, at the moment bikinis are not sold as separates.
How do I know which size will fit me best?

Is my personal information kept private?
Which countries does LMF ship to?
LMF ships globally with a few exceptions. If you do not see your country during checkout, we do not ship to your country.
When will my order ship?
*MOST DOMESTIC ORDERS SUBMITTED BY 1PM ET ON WEEKDAYS WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. Most domestic orders placed after 1pm ET and all international orders are processed the next business day. You’ll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
*ALL SHIPMENTS REQUIRE SIGNATURES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
*LMF DOES NOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS OR US HOLIDAYS.
*SHIPPING CHARGES ARE APPLIED TO ALL PURCHASES.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from LMF to your shipping address by the shipping provider selected at checkout. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is under the jurisdiction of the shipping provider, and we are not and cannot be responsible for delays or loss due the shipping provider. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered, and the risk of loss passes to you.
A signature requirement is enforced for all shipments to prevent theft.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay for international shipments?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes and duties and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York. LMF does not collect sales or use tax in any other states at this time; however, your purchase may be subject to local sales or use tax unless it is exempt from taxation. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by LMF and pay sales or use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law.
If you are shipping outside of the US, once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country to which you are shipping in order to release your order from customs. DUTIES AND TAXES WILL BE MARKED “BILL TO RECIPIENT”. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS NOT ACCEPTED DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES. NO EXCEPTIONS.
